Description

Own the testing governance framework across SIT, UAT, regression, and deployment readiness for SAP S/4HANA and SAP ePPM. Lead the full UAT lifecycle—from planning and test script creation to driving execution with business resources and managing formal sign-off. Define entry/exit readiness criteria, manage defect and risk decisions, ensure representative test data with Data Migration, and provide an independent Go / Conditional Go / No-Go recommendation for Go-Live.

Responsibilities

• Own testing governance model and challenge System Integrator test strategy, plans, schedules, and defect management; approve testing security rules.
• Own end-to-end UAT process: plan UAT, create test scripts, define test data, drive execution with business resources, coordinate BPOs/key users, manage formal UAT sign-off.
• Define and approve SIT and UAT entry/exit readiness criteria; assess residual risks and outstanding defects; confirm acceptance criteria are met.
• Lead business defect review meetings; prioritize critical/high-priority defects; own defect acceptance and risk acceptance decisions and workarounds.
• Coordinate with Data Migration to ensure test data completeness and that scenarios reflect valid business use cases.
• Present testing progress, business readiness, and risks to PMO and Steering Committee; provide independent Go/Conditional Go/No-Go guidance for Go-Live.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in SAP testing or QA leadership.
• Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong UAT leadership experience.
• Experience managing testing governance.
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing, test data management, and defect management.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and System Integrators.
• Experience with Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, or similar defect/test management tools.
• Very good English and Polish.
• Willingness to travel for business trips as required.
