Description

Support SAP S/4HANA logistics projects and deployment activities with global stakeholders. You will analyze, design, and support implementation of logistics solutions in the S/4HANA environment, perform fit-to-template and requirements validation against global templates, and help troubleshoot operational or project-related incidents.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and international SAP S/4HANA logistics projects and deployment activities

• Provide deployment support for SAP S/4HANA logistics processes with a focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Transportation Management (TM)

• Analyze, design, and support the implementation of logistics solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment

• Execute fit-to-template analyses and validate business requirements against global templates and process standards

• Customize organizational structures and support process alignment for local and global logistics scenarios

• Evaluate local process gaps and develop solution alternatives in coordination with business and IT stakeholders

• Coordinate and validate requirements with business departments and IT colleagues

• Support solution design and realization with the development department in accordance with SAP S/4HANA development processes and guidelines

• Create functional specifications and support technical implementation activities

• Analyze issues and root causes and support troubleshooting activities for operational or project-related incidents

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable qualification

• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Logistics, preferably in EWM and/or TM

• Broad expertise in SAP logistics, ideally across adjacent processes such as SD, MM and integration topics

• Proficiency in agile methods (e.g., Scrum) and knowledge of project management in SAP project environments

• Background in deployment support, template rollouts, and supporting global SAP implementation projects

• Experience customizing organizational structures and harmonizing local requirements with global template standards

• Knowledge of fit-to-template analysis, process assessment, and requirements validation

• Ability to identify local process gaps and develop suitable solution alternatives aligned with business and IT standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis

• Strong practical knowledge of ABAP debugging and supporting technical troubleshooting activities

• Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2)

• Ability to create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, including complex requirements

• Independent, structured, goal-oriented working style focused on quality and conceptual thinking

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international teams

• Willingness to travel occasionally (at least once per year)
