Description

Develop and future-proof SAP-based quality management and warehouse logistics processes by supporting and enhancing SAP QM and WM. Perform QM/WM Customizing and implement solutions for inspections, quality notifications, and inventory/storage processes, ensuring integration across QM, WM, MM, and PP. Support SAP projects, rollouts, and the S/4HANA transformation through analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP QM and WM modules

• Analyze, optimize, and develop quality-relevant business processes

• Configure (Customizing) and implement SAP QM and WM solutions

• Support and optimize quality inspections in production processes (inspection planning, inspection lots, quality notifications)

• Support and optimize warehouse processes, inventory management, and inventory procedures

• Ensure smooth integration between QM, WM, MM, and PP

• Analyze and resolve issues in day-to-day operations and conduct root-cause analyses

• Support SAP projects, rollouts, and the SAP S/4HANA transformation

• Coordinate with production, quality management, logistics, and IT; work with external service providers and SAP consultants

• Create functional concepts, training materials, and documentation

Requirements

• In-depth experience in SAP QM

• Good knowledge of SAP WM

• Experience with quality inspections and inspection equipment management

• Experience with quality notifications and claims/complaints processes

• Experience with batch management and traceability

• Experience with warehouse processes and inventory/stock management

• Strong process understanding in quality management and logistics

• Experience in SAP projects; ideally with S/4HANA

• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication with stakeholders and external partners
