Description

Design and manage robust on-premise, multi-cluster OpenShift architectures running on bare-metal infrastructure. Integrate GPU clusters and support deployments of complex AI systems in a cloud/hybrid context. Take ownership of the OpenShift portfolio’s technical evolution in an engineering-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate on-premise multi-cluster architectures on bare-metal

• Integrate and support GPU clusters for AI workloads

• Collaborate with engineers to make decisions based on technical facts

Requirements

• Strong Linux expertise (RHEL, networking, etc.)

• Practical experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes / OpenShift)

• Automation experience (Bash, Ansible)

• Professional or native Czech/Slovak (required)

• Commitment to continuous growth and obtaining key certifications (Red Hat)
