Description

You will deliver a PoC for an open-source workload automation solution and evolve it into a scalable, enterprise-ready platform. You will build and maintain containerized platforms and services on Kubernetes, and design automation/orchestration workflows for workload scheduling and data-processing pipelines. You will also develop CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation while supporting secure, observable, reliable deployments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a PoC for an open-source workload automation solution and scale it into an enterprise-ready platform
• Build and maintain containerized platforms/services on Kubernetes
• Design, implement, and operate automation and orchestration workflows (workload scheduling, data-processing pipelines)
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Support teams with DevOps best practices: reliability, repeatability, observability, secure-by-design
• Collaborate with global teams and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Contribute to test automation, integration testing, and release validation

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in real delivery or operational environments
• Experience with at least one of: workload automation, Kafka, Airflow
• Strong programming or scripting skills in Python, Java, or a similar language
• Experience with testing and incorporating quality throughout the development and delivery process
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones
• Very good English and Polish
• Willingness to work hybrid: 2 days/week from the Kraków office and 3 days remotely
