Description

Deliver a proof of concept for open-source workload automation and evolve it into a scalable, enterprise-ready solution. Build and maintain containerized platforms and services on Kubernetes, and design automation/orchestration workflows along with CI/CD and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Evolve open-source workload automation PoC into a production-grade, scalable solution.
• Design, implement, and operate automation and orchestration workflows (e.g., workload scheduling and data/processing pipelines).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Support engineering teams with DevOps best practices: reliability, repeatability, observability, and secure-by-design deployments.
• Contribute to testing practices (automation, integration testing, release validation).
• Collaborate effectively across global locations with clear communication and ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps / Platform / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in real delivery/operations scenarios.
• Experience with at least one of: workload automation, Kafka, Airflow.
• Strong coding/scripting capability (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
• Strong communication skills working across time zones and diverse teams.
• Testing experience focused on building quality into delivery (not only after the fact).
