Description

The DevOps/Platform Engineer will administer and maintain Kubernetes- and Docker-based environments, while ensuring stable operation of Red Hat Linux and Windows Server systems. You will develop CI/CD pipelines with TeamCity and Azure DevOps, automate tasks with PowerShell and Bash scripts, and monitor availability, performance, and stability while troubleshooting incidents. The role also includes supporting Azure cloud infrastructure, including AKS, and coordinating crisis actions to keep a contact center environment running.

Responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of container environments based on Kubernetes and Docker.
• Operating system management for Red Hat Linux and Windows Server.
• Maintenance and improvement of CI/CD processes using TeamCity and Azure DevOps.
• Creation and upkeep of PowerShell and Bash automation scripts.
• Monitoring system availability, performance, and stability; diagnosing and resolving incidents.
• Collaboration on Azure infrastructure, including AKS, and integrations with platform services.
• Collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders; coordinating crisis response and ensuring contact center environment continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably IT or operating systems) and at least 2 years of professional IT experience.
• Practical working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker (regular/senior) and experience administering container environments.
• Practical working knowledge of Red Hat Linux and Windows Server (regular).
• CI/CD experience, particularly with TeamCity and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to create and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell and Bash.
• Good English in speaking and writing for technical and business communication.
• Ability to independently solve problems, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage crisis situations (with strong ability to coordinate under pressure).
• Nice to have: Azure experience (AKS, OpenAI, SQL, metrics, networking), database knowledge, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana.
