Description

Drive and support the implementation and adoption of DevOps principles in a Scrum ART team. Facilitate teams and stakeholders, embed DevOps processes and methods organizationally, and act as an ambassador for the cultural transformation. Establish and maintain visibility over environments and dependencies, coordinate environment changes, handle conflicts, and support improved deployment practices and CI/CD adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of DevOps principles in the Scrum ART team “Geparten”

• Provide sparring and facilitation to teams and stakeholders

• Ensure DevOps processes and methods are anchored across the organization

• Act as a DevOps ambassador and support cultural transformation

• Create and maintain an overview of environments and dependencies

• Coordinate changes in environment setups

• Identify and handle conflicts between environments and teams

• Identify improvements in deployment processes

• Drive initiatives that increase stability and traceability

• Support implementation of CI/CD principles

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience in larger development organizations

• Documented experience implementing DevOps processes

• Experience with organizational transformation as part of DevOps journeys

• Experience coordinating development environments

• Practical experience with CI/CD processes

• Fluent Danish in both writing and speech

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
