Description

Join an automotive-focused team as an ETL/SSIS Data Engineer, combining hands-on SQL and SSIS development with L2/L3 production support. You will troubleshoot data incidents, monitor SQL Server and Power BI dashboards, and implement improvements focused on performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for product users; analyze reported issues and drive them to resolution

• Perform incident triage, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, validation, and documentation

• Monitor SQL Server and Power BI dashboards to identify anomalies, performance issues, and data quality concerns

• Take proactive actions to prevent recurring incidents and improve system reliability

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SSIS packages and ETL processes

• Implement fixes and improvements focused on performance, maintainability, and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders; communicate technical solutions clearly

• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as an ETL/SSIS Data Engineer

• Strong SQL and SQL optimization skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Proven experience in ETL development, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Experience supporting production data environments and resolving complex technical issues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and preventive improvements

• Very good English skills

• EU citizenship and residence in Poland
