• Rate: up to 155 PLN/h + VAT (depending on experience and scope)

Description

Work on designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes and data streaming solutions. Optimize database infrastructure, create reports and analyses for products and services based on the financial services ecosystem, and support forecasting and monitoring of KPIs. Also handle data quality, build reporting/analytics tools, and document ETL and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using technologies such as Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, microservices, and data streaming

• Develop and optimize database infrastructure

• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for financial services–based products

• Forecast and monitor key indicators

• Design, build, and optimize sales funnels

• Analyze large datasets and recommend solutions to improve processes for end customers

• Ensure data quality and develop reporting/analytics tools

• Create documentation for analyses, ETL processes, and reporting solutions

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of SQL

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL processes

• Practical knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense)

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and technologies such as Elasticsearch (or similar) for data storage and processing

• Ability to work with XML and JSON files and analyze text logs

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Query in Excel or Power BI

• Programming experience in at least one high-level language (Python preferred)

• Knowledge of data segmentation and predictive models

• Practical knowledge of Windows and Linux, including scripting for both environments

• Experience with Jira and Confluence
