Description

We are looking for an Operational BI Lead to drive the rollout of an existing Operational BI reporting solution across international markets. You will ensure local business requirements are captured and translated into implementations of standard Power BI reports, coordinating testing, cutover readiness, and post-go-live hypercare support. The role is primarily business-facing delivery and implementation, not hands-on technical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the rollout of an Operational BI reporting solution across assigned markets.
• Partner with local business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and clarify reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with global template and technical teams to align local needs to the existing reporting framework.
• Coordinate implementation and adaptation of standard Power BI reports for individual markets.
• Support additional reporting needs: requirements gathering, design coordination, testing, and implementation.
• Plan and coordinate SIT and UAT, ensuring issue tracking and resolution.
• Manage cutover activities, go-live readiness, and post-implementation hypercare support.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Act as a key contact between business stakeholders, reporting teams, and technical delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Intelligence, reporting implementation, or data-driven transformation projects.
• Practical understanding of Power BI and Data Lake environments, including how data is sourced, structured, and used for business reporting.
• Experience coordinating IT implementations, system rollouts, or reporting deployments.
• Ability to gather and translate business reporting requirements into clear deliverables for technical teams.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional project teams.
• Familiarity with SIT, UAT, go-live preparation, and post-deployment support.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and availability to work within European time zones.
