Description

Develop and continuously improve interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for business KPI tracking. You will design semantic data models, implement advanced DAX measures, and prepare data using Power Query (M) and SQL while optimizing data models and report performance. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects and help enforce standards for long-term, secure, high-quality reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously evolve interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
• Create semantic data models, including relationships, hierarchies, and calculation logic
• Build advanced DAX measures and calculations for business KPI monitoring
• Transform and prepare data using Power Query (M) and SQL; connect to relational databases, data warehouses, APIs, and cloud sources
• Optimize data models, report/process performance, and data refresh
• Implement Row-Level Security; manage workspaces and access permissions
• Translate business requirements into technical solution design
• Validate data quality, calculation correctness, and business metric consistency
• Deploy and maintain solutions, resolve operational issues, and create documentation
• Work with technical and business colleagues and share knowledge in the team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience with Power BI development and Business Intelligence
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Strong DAX knowledge, including filter context, complex measures, and calculation optimization
• Practical experience with Power Query (M), SQL, and relational databases
• Experience with dimensional modeling and star schema design
• Understanding of Import, DirectQuery, and Composite Models
• Ability to identify and fix performance issues in data models and reports
• Experience with Power BI workspace administration, access permissions, and Row-Level Security
• Ability to independently resolve technical problems and communicate with business and technical partners
• English communication skills for daily work
