Compensation: 1150–1300 PLN/day net + VAT (B2B)

Description

You will support the Direct Marketing team and its platforms with data processing, reporting, and analytics on Google Cloud. The role focuses on building and optimizing batch/streaming data pipelines, improving cloud performance and costs, and applying data engineering best practices. You will also help enable marketing analytics and ML use cases using BigQuery ML and basic Vertex AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines (Apache Beam)
• Design and optimize BigQuery data models, partitioning/clustering, and query performance and costs
• Implement data ingestion using Pub/Sub, Datastream (CDC), BigQuery Data Transfer Service, and Cloud Storage
• Process data with Dataflow and/or Dataform/dbt and Spark (Dataproc/Serverless Spark)
• Orchestrate workflows with Apache Airflow (including retries, monitoring, and troubleshooting via Cloud Composer) and other schedulers
• Build reporting and analytics with Looker and Looker Studio
• Support marketing analytics and ML use cases (segmentation, propensity, churn) using BigQuery ML and Vertex AI basics
• Enable data sharing and integrations with internal services (Bigtable, Memorystore, Spanner, Cloud Run, Apigee/API Gateway, BigQuery Storage APIs, remote functions, Private Service Connect)
• Apply data governance and privacy controls (Dataplex, policy tags, row/column-level security, PII and consent handling)
• Manage GCP resources and security (IAM/service accounts, VPC, VPC Service Controls, KMS, Secret Manager, Monitoring/Logging)
• Monitor and optimize cloud costs (billing exports, budgets/alerts, cost optimization)
• Use Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD with Terraform and Git-based workflows
• Follow engineering best practices: data quality tests, documentation, code reviews, reusable pipeline patterns
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
