Description

Senior/Lead Developer for a DORA project, driving system changes and improvements focused on harmonized architecture, data-flow governance, and unified metadata solutions. You will create decision-ready analysis and reporting material and ensure compliant access to high-quality data for fact-based business insight.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the implementation of system changes, simplification, harmonization, unified architecture, and change management to support a sustainable “one version of the truth”
• Participate in team/unit meetings to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvements
• Engage in Nordea networks to build organizational understanding and maintain currency in your domain
• Ensure alignment of improvements related to governance of data flows, processes, and unified metadata solutions for clarity, transparency, and compliance
• Produce high-quality, timely materials for reporting and presentations; provide complex analysis to meet business requirements
• Suggest improvements and escalate issues in projects and task forces to help the organization reach objectives
• Collect, analyze, and ensure compliant access to high-quality data to support utilization of fact-based information and insight
