Description

You will assist the S/4 rollout by extracting master data from legacy systems, consolidating and validating it, and providing it to the SAP S/4HANA implementation team. You will prepare predefined Excel input files for further processing and migration into S/4HANA and coordinate with Work Stream Leads for validation handover.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from multiple legacy systems and consolidate it into predefined Excel “input files.”
• Validate extracted data with the responsible Work Stream Leads before handing it over to the global master data organization.

Requirements

• Strong skills in handling data in Excel
• Ability to maintain structure and oversight over multiple parallel activities
• Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
• Effective communication with both technical teams and business managers
