Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Technical Consultant with 10+ years of SAP S/4HANA expertise to lead complex technical implementations, migrations, and optimizations. The role combines deep SAP technical mastery with the ability to integrate AI and machine learning into SAP solutions for scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions across On-premise, Private Cloud, or Public Cloud.

• Architect and optimize integrations using SAP Integration Suite, CPI, and OData services.

• Perform technical assessments, gap analysis, and migration strategies for S/4HANA conversions (Brownfield/Greenfield).

• Develop custom ABAP objects including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), AMDP, and CDS Views.

• Identify and implement opportunities to integrate SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, and SAP Joule into existing S/4HANA landscapes.

• Collaborate with data science/AI teams to embed predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision into SAP workflows.

• Design and implement AI-driven automation for intelligent invoice processing, demand forecasting, and predictive maintenance.

• Ensure data quality and governance to support AI/ML model training and inference.

• Perform performance tuning and HANA database optimization for high availability and low latency.

• Implement security best practices including RBAC and data encryption.

• Mentor junior technical consultants and provide thought leadership on SAP technology trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years total SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA technical roles.

• Expert-level ABAP skills including ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP.

• Strong integration experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, IDocs, RFC, and REST/OData APIs.

• Deep understanding of SAP HANA database architecture, SQLScript, and performance tuning.

• Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and cloud-native development.
