Description

Lead and support an SAP transformation program focused on SAP Business Partner and SAP Master Data Management. You will run client workshops, drive business and technical discussions, gather and analyze requirements, and take full ownership of assigned data governance topics. The role emphasizes autonomy and delivering high-quality, client-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently facilitate customer workshops in SAP Business Partner and Master Data Management

• Conduct business and technical discussions and actively work out solutions

• Collect and analyze business requirements and support solution definition

• Own assigned topics, tasks, and outcomes end to end

• Prepare high-quality project materials, documentation, and presentations for the client

• Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and other project streams

• Coordinate activities and alignments with different stakeholders

• Quickly ramp up to the existing transformation program and execute tasks from day one

• Build partner-like relationships with the client, project team, and management stakeholders

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of SAP Business Partner and SAP Master Data

• Practical knowledge of Master Data Integration and Master Data Governance

• Good understanding of Procurement and Sales processes

• Understanding of the full master data lifecycle: creation, maintenance, integration, and change management

• Experience in large SAP transformation programs

• Ability to independently lead workshops and client conversations

• Ability to work with high autonomy and limited oversight

• High attention to detail and ability to prepare precise, professional client materials

• Very good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to quickly learn a new project environment and take ownership of assigned tasks

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
