Description

Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP Quality Management (QM) incidents, problems, changes, and enhancements, and offer backup support for SAP Production Planning (PP) when needed. Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to improve inspection and quality processes, create functional documentation, and support testing including UAT. Coordinate with technical teams to deliver fixes and enhancements while ensuring end-to-end QM–PP process continuity.

Responsibilities

• Handle SAP QM support end-to-end: incidents, problems, changes, enhancements

• Improve inspection and quality processes with Quality and Manufacturing teams

• Produce functional documentation and support testing activities (including UAT)

• Coordinate with technical teams for fixes and enhancements

• Provide backup support for SAP PP when necessary

• Maintain QM–PP end-to-end process continuity

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP QM and PP in support or implementation settings

• Deep expertise in SAP QM: Inspection, Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Batch Management

• Solid understanding of manufacturing and quality processes translated into SAP

• Knowledge of cross-functional integration with Production, Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics

• Strong troubleshooting skills for SAP QM applications

• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing processes

• Experience integrating SAP PP and related systems

• Ability to validate interfaces with systems such as SAP, MES, and reporting tools

• Collaboration for development: familiarity with ABAP and functional specifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills

• Ability to promote and adhere to corporate standards and policies
