Description

You will provide second-level support for SAP EWM, handling incidents and service requests while analyzing errors and business requirements. In complex situations, you will collaborate with third-level support to develop sustainable solutions. You will also advise internal users and business teams on logistics processes in the SAP environment and continuously improve support processes, documentation, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Process incidents and service requests; analyze errors and functional requirements
• Provide second-level support for SAP EWM
• Collaborate with third-level support on complex topics and develop lasting solutions
• Advise internal users and specialist departments on SAP logistics processes
• Create and maintain documentation; continuously develop solutions, processes, and best practices
• Actively improve support processes, knowledge management, and support standards
• Support workshops and trainings before, during, and after sessions
• Identify optimization opportunities with business teams and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP-EWM processes

Requirements

• Experience in SAP support and/or SAP consulting (ideally Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Intralogistics)
• Good knowledge of SAP EWM and basic knowledge of SAP MM
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Independent working style with high service and customer orientation
