Description

You will architect, implement, maintain, and scale a massive multi-tenant SaaS distributed ecosystem, migrating on-premise components to modern cloud architecture. As a Node.js SME, you will collaborate with the architecture team to shape technical direction and help deliver high-impact cloud-native systems at startup speed. The role is backend-heavy but includes occasional frontend dives into React to deliver complete features.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on cloud transition work for multi-tenant SaaS applications built for cloud-native architecture
• Architect and build distributed systems and high-throughput backend services across Cloud, On-Premise, and Edge layers
• Write scalable, maintainable code and help set and evolve engineering standards and system design practices
• Own features end-to-end: design, backend coding, automated deployment, and production monitoring
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers to unblock technical challenges and deliver rapidly

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript (e.g., NestJS or Express); hands-on with clean, scalable code
• Strong experience designing and building event-driven microservices on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with cloud observability patterns: metrics, distributed tracing, structured logging
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Practical React experience or strong willingness to touch React as needed
