Description

You will help build a modern, data-driven ecosystem for claims and benefits using automation and AI, aimed at raising customer service standards in the insurance market. The role centers on designing and supervising scalable, secure, fault-tolerant distributed architectures, supporting integration practices, and leading architecture reviews and mentoring. You will also contribute to technology roadmaps, risk assessment, and end-to-end observability and API governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise system architecture

• Build scalable, secure, fault-tolerant distributed architectures

• Apply and improve architectural patterns and integration practices

• Lead code reviews, mentoring, and architecture workshops

• Co-create technology roadmaps and assess technological risks

• Ensure end-to-end observability

• Apply API governance and DDD principles

• Support event-driven architecture approaches

Requirements

• 2+ years of insurance-domain experience (preferably claims)

• 5+ years designing and supervising system architecture

• Very strong Java and Spring knowledge

• Experience with cloud and infrastructure automation

• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices

• Ability to conduct code review, mentoring, and architecture workshops

• Experience with observability end-to-end

• Practical knowledge of API governance

• Practical knowledge of DDD

• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture

• English at least B2

• Hybrid service: at least 3 days per week in the office

• Provide services from within Poland
