Description

Join a team responsible for designing and building reusable skills for Claude Code and automating advanced business processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and improve use cases, design and implement production-ready Claude Code Skills, and continuously evaluate and optimize accuracy, reliability, and maintainability. You will also provide technical leadership to engineers through code reviews, technical direction, and blocker removal.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and domain experts to understand goals, processes, constraints, and expected outcomes

• Analyze business requirements, documentation, templates, and reference materials

• Identify processes and use cases that can be implemented or enhanced with Claude Code Skills

• Design, implement, test, and maintain production Claude Code Skills

• Create clear instructions for skills, helper scripts, validation logic, and workflow components

• Translate complex business processes into structured instructions for AI agents

• Evaluate skill behavior using realistic scenarios, tests, and acceptance criteria

• Continuously optimize accuracy, reliability, and maintainability using tests and feedback

• Provide technical leadership to an engineering team (code reviews, technical direction, and removing blockers)

Requirements

• Strong, practical experience using Claude Code in real-world software development or business automation

• Experience creating Claude Code Skills (or comparable, repeatable functionality) for AI agents

• Deep understanding of modern AI engineering patterns (agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, structured instruction design)

• Hands-on software engineering experience building, testing, and maintaining production-grade solutions

• Ability to translate business requirements and domain knowledge into clear technical designs and executable workflows

• Experience evaluating and optimizing nondeterministic AI systems

• Ability to take ownership of end-to-end solution architecture (standards, shared components, evaluation/release strategy, backward compatibility)

• Ability to define and enforce quality standards for agent skills and their infrastructure

• Ability to make platform-level decisions (agent harness selection, integration architecture, build-vs-adopt strategy)
