Description

Operate and maintain a Microsoft 365 tenant and manage Intune configuration for employee devices, with hands-on ownership from implementation to ongoing maintenance. Support and deliver customer projects involving M365/Intune/Azure basics, including hybrid integrations, identity synchronization (Entra Connect), and security configuration such as Conditional Access and Purview/DLP. Over time (12–24 months), you can progress toward building and leading a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Windows 11 computers and iOS/Android devices and IT hardware
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender, Purview
• Run Intune end-to-end: compliance policies, configuration profiles, Autopilot, and app deployment for BYOD and corporate-owned scenarios
• Maintain and evolve the on-prem environment (AD DS, GPO, file shares, printers, office network) and integrate with M365 via Entra Connect
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access, and secure deprovisioning)
• Provide internal helpdesk support (L1 + L2), manage tickets, and design/document IT processes (policies, runbooks, knowledge base)
• After 12–24 months: build and lead a technical team (recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, ticket review)
• Support client projects (~30–40%): M365/Intune/Azure implementations from quick configurations to multi-week rollouts, including migrations of mail/files/identity
• Support Azure implementations: IaaS (VMs, networking, storage), basic PaaS, hybrid integrations with Azure Arc, plus estimation/mini-PoC inputs for sales (Azure calculator, SKU selection)
• Configure security layers: Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, Purview sensitivity labels, DLP, Defender XDR
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and advisory support to customers
• Grow through Microsoft certification activities supporting partner designations and CSP benefits

Requirements

• At least 3 years of real experience as an IT Specialist/Sysadmin/Cloud Engineer in a medium organization or MSP
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin center and license/package differences (Business Premium, E3, E5, EMS, F1/F3)
• Hands-on Intune deployments: policies, profiles, Autopilot, app deployment for fleets of at least dozens of devices; MDM/MAM, App Protection, BYOD and corporate-owned
• Azure experience for estimating and basic implementations (calculator, VM/networking/storage, SKU selection)
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory administration, ADFS, and Entra Connect/AD Connect with troubleshooting for synchronization issues
• Windows Server and Exchange Server on-prem knowledge
• PowerShell automation for daily tasks in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Intune
• Networking knowledge: LAN/WLAN/VLAN and SMTP routing between on-prem and cloud
• At least one current Microsoft certification appropriate for Partner Center (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102, MS-700, SC-300) and willingness to obtain more at company cost
• Comfort working with physical hardware
• English B2+ plus independence, good time management, and a good sense of humor
• Availability for hybrid work: 4 days onsite in Warsaw (Wola) and 1 day remote
