Description

Implement and configure Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. Deliver security- and data-protection projects using Intune, Purview DLP, and Defender XDR, and support Exchange Online migrations. Audit customer IT environments and provide recommendations on configuration optimization, security, and Microsoft 365 licensing; also participate in Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments (readiness assessment, pilots, and adoption support).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
• Execute security and data-protection initiatives with Intune, Purview DLP, and Defender XDR
• Perform mailbox/resource migrations to Exchange Online
• Implement Microsoft 365 Copilot: assess tenant readiness, lead pilot projects, and support adoption
• Audit and evaluate customer IT environments; recommend improvements for configuration, security, and licensing
• Deliver and implement projects using other Microsoft 365 family products

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing or administering Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment
• Very good knowledge of core M365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
• Project experience in at least one area: identity and access management, collaboration and migrations, device management, or security and data protection
• Basic knowledge of Intune, Purview DLP, and Defender XDR
• Documented involvement in at least one mailbox migration project to Exchange Online
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing principles and models
• Strong personal planning and organization skills
• Comfortable direct customer communication and English proficiency for technical documentation and project discussions
