Description

Join customer IT migration and transformation projects focused on Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace. You will analyze and build Microsoft 365 tenants and configure Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment. You’ll support identity and endpoint migrations, automate tasks with PowerShell, and help deliver cutover and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Support international IT migration, transformation, and carve-out projects

• Perform discovery/assessment of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Modern Workplace environments

• Configure and implement Microsoft 365 tenants and Modern Workplace solutions

• Manage Intune configuration (enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment)

• Implement Windows Autopilot for large-scale device provisioning and migration

• Support endpoint migrations and device provisioning

• Configure and migrate Microsoft Entra ID identities and access

• Participate in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant and on-premises-to-cloud migrations

• Migrate Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business

• Prepare and deploy application packages and security configurations via Intune

• Automate migration and deployment tasks using PowerShell scripting

• Conduct implementation, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and cutover

• Identify migration risks and blockers and propose practical solutions

• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, and security teams

• Create and maintain migration documentation, procedures, and handover materials

• Work with international customers and stakeholders, including on-site activities when required

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business

• Practical Intune experience: device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment

• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning or migration

• Experience with application packaging and deployment through Intune

• Understanding of identity and access management, device compliance, and endpoint security

• Experience working with hybrid and cloud-only Microsoft environments

• PowerShell scripting and automation skills

• Understanding of technical dependencies between identities, endpoints, applications, and Microsoft 365 services

• Strong analytical thinking and structured troubleshooting

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Good communication skills for customer-facing technical work

• Willingness to travel to Poland and abroad when required

• English at minimum B2
