Description

You will support international IT infrastructure migration, transformation, and carve-out projects by delivering Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace and Intune solutions from discovery through implementation and cutover. The work includes analyzing existing Microsoft 365/Entra ID/Intune environments, configuring and deploying tenants, managing Intune device policies and application deployment, and executing endpoint and Microsoft 365 service migrations. This role emphasizes project delivery rather than day-to-day administration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in international migration, transformation, and carve-out projects

• Analyze current Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Modern Workplace environments; identify dependencies and migration requirements

• Run technical discovery sessions and workshops with customer IT teams

• Build and implement Microsoft 365 tenants and Modern Workplace environments

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune (enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment)

• Implement Windows Autopilot for large-scale provisioning and migration

• Support endpoint migrations and provisioning between environments

• Configure and migrate Microsoft Entra ID identities and access settings

• Support Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant and on-premises-to-cloud migrations

• Support migrations of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business

• Prepare, test, and deploy application packages and security configurations through Intune

• Use PowerShell to automate configuration, deployment, and migration activities

• Participate in migration, cutover, testing, troubleshooting, and validation

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential migration blockers; propose practical solutions

• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and other engineering teams

• Create and maintain technical documentation, migration procedures, and handover materials

• Work with international customers and stakeholders, including required on-site activities

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business)

• Practical experience configuring and managing Intune (enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment)

• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning/migration

• Experience with application packaging and Intune-based deployment

• Understanding of identity/access management, device compliance, and endpoint security

• Experience working with hybrid and cloud-only Microsoft environments

• PowerShell scripting and automation experience

• Knowledge of dependencies between identities, endpoints, applications, and Microsoft 365 services

• Strong analytical thinking and structured troubleshooting

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Good English communication skills (minimum B2)

• Willingness to travel to customer locations in Poland and abroad when required
