Description

Maintain and configure the Comarch BSS platform, especially Product Catalog, Billing, and Billing Mediation, while monitoring performance and runtime incidents. Investigate data inconsistencies, troubleshoot technical issues with root cause analysis, and ensure reliable end-to-end data flows through interface and integration monitoring. Support backups and recovery, upgrades and new functionality, run PoCs, maintain technical documentation, and use AI tools to assist with log analysis and SQL query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure Comarch BSS (Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation)

• Monitor platform performance, system jobs, error logs, and runtime incidents

• Investigate data inconsistencies and perform root cause analysis

• Monitor system interfaces and integrations to ensure reliable data flows

• Support backup and recovery processes

• Configure data connections and integrations; take technical ownership after implementation

• Support audit controls, security requirements, and compliance activities

• Contribute to platform upgrades, patches, and new functionality implementation

• Run PoCs, follow the BSS roadmap, and maintain technical documentation

• Use AI tools to support log analysis, SQL query optimization, documentation, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Comarch BSS, particularly Product Catalog, Billing, or Billing Mediation

• Strong practical knowledge of SQL (data analysis, record tracing, troubleshooting)

• At least 2 years of experience with enterprise system integrations and integration tools

• Good understanding of billing processes (invoicing, rating, usage-based billing)

• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases and Elasticsearch

• Practical experience with Linux, REST API testing, and Apache Kafka

• Experience troubleshooting complex system issues and analyzing integration failures

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot and practical use in everyday engineering
