Description

You’ll join an IT team actively developing their environment—moving to Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot, and introducing Dynamics 365. The role goes beyond ticket support: you’ll help when IT is built anew, monitor services/infrastructure, and keep documentation up to date. Your first 90 days focus on day-to-day support, then independent onboarding/offboarding and device deployment, followed by owning one area (e.g., asset tracking or documentation) and supporting projects.

Responsibilities

• Support users: troubleshoot notebook, account, printer, Wi‑Fi, and VPN issues for 300+ colleagues in Prague and other sites
• Devices: prepare and deploy laptops and mobile devices (Autopilot, Intune) and maintain device inventory
• Accounts & access: create and disable accounts; manage groups and licenses in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
• Documentation: write and maintain clear guides so others can work without depending on you
• Projects: participate in the Intune migration and expansion of internal applications
• Monitoring: monitor service and infrastructure health and escalate problems early
• Occasional travel to sites across the Czech Republic and abroad

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Understanding of Active Directory
• Networking knowledge at TCP/IP level, including DNS and DHCP
• Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical users
• Comfort communicating with users
• English communication skills
• Fast learner who approaches tasks in a structured way
