Description

As a System Developer for camera-based ADAS functions, you will drive development, integration, and validation of state-of-the-art driver assistance systems with OEM partners. You will own the system architecture, create and maintain requirements, integrate and validate ADAS features (e.g., ISA, WLA, Travel Assist), and plan system-level tests including performance analysis and optimization. You will also manage change and issue processes and ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards (Functional Safety, Cyber Security).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of system architecture for camera-based ADAS functions
• Coordinate system requirements specification and derive detailed technical requirements
• Integrate and validate ADAS features within the complete vehicle system (ISA, Lane Assist, Travel Assist)
• Plan, execute, and document system-level tests with performance analysis and optimization
• Drive change and issue management, including evaluation and approval of technical modifications
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (Functional Safety, Cyber Security)

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field (ideally with ADAS development experience)
• Familiarity with OEM tools and processes (advantage): ADTF, CANoe, DOORS, Jira, ODIS
• Desirable experience with camera-based sensors, environment modeling, or driver assistance functions
• Structured, independent working style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator in technical discussions; experience with OEM partners is a plus
• Excellent Czech (C2) and English skills beneficial (minimum B2)
• Willingness to work regularly on site in Mladá Boleslav
