Description

You will translate unclear business needs into clear requirements and coordinate technical delivery with developers and other teams until the solution meets business goals. The role centers on understanding processes, data flows, system capabilities, dependencies, and integrations, then structuring work in Jira for effective implementation. You will also automate recurring tasks such as status updates and reporting using AI tools connected to Jira and Notion.

Responsibilities

• Identify the real goal behind requirements and define how success will be measured

• Map processes, data flows, and dependencies between systems

• Clarify what existing systems already provide, what needs to be added, and which teams must be involved

• Prepare clear requirement documentation for business stakeholders and developers, breaking it into sequenced Jira tasks with acceptance criteria

• Coordinate delivery across internal and cross-company data and development teams, managing dependencies and requirement changes

• Drive realization until the delivered solution fulfills the business need

• Use AI tools connected to Jira and Notion to automate routine status and reporting tasks

Requirements

• Experience with business analysis in a technical environment; turning unclear requests into goal- and scope-defined requirements with acceptance criteria

• Prior coordination of IT projects/deliveries across multiple teams, including teams outside your direct reporting line

• Ability to map processes and data flows so handoffs and dependencies are explicit

• Data and SQL proficiency to validate contents of data tables

• Integration understanding (APIs, batch processing, events)

• Jira as a standard daily work tool

• Ability to tailor communication to marketing vs. developers; Czech for daily work and English for documentation and vendors

• Advantage: experience with CDP, CRM, or marketing automation; basics of data modeling and identity linking; experience with regulated environments; interest in AI tools and Python for small automations
