Description

Lead the day-to-day operations of the ISAAC (GSOC) operations center, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and continuous 24/7 service. You will organize shifts, manage team performance, coach and onboard colleagues, and coordinate incident investigations with internal teams and external partners. You will also support business continuity activities, internal audits, reporting, and customer/stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global security events, threats, and incidents; assess threats, risks, and potential business impact
• Manage incident escalation, response, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee shift scheduling, staffing levels, timetables, and PTO planning
• Select new team members, onboard, train, coach, and support professional development
• Monitor attendance, delegate tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure correct use of security procedures and tools
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Prepare payroll documentation for the monthly payroll close; maintain accurate operational records
• Participate in business continuity exercises, internal audits, and self-assessments
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and company management

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
