Description

You will analyze and monitor supply chain risks worldwide, working with internal teams to detect emerging risks early and drive mitigation measures. The role includes daily monitoring of internal and external data, tracking active incidents, and preparing reports for group committees and crisis stakeholders. You will also advise Logistics and Procurement on affected suppliers and provide feedback to improve the data models used for risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal and external data daily to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks
• Track active incidents and risks of supply interruption; provide regular updates to Group organizations
• Prepare risk and incident reports for Group committees (e.g., Leitstand and crisis committees)
• Advise Logistics and Procurement on affected suppliers and help find solutions for current risks and incidents
• Assess forecasts, risk indicators, and incident alerts (including news and risk event screening) and report potential supply chain impacts
• Provide feedback to a Data Model Analyst to improve risk analysis data models

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• English proficiency: C1 (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills; ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Ability to assess short-term risks quickly and accurately
• Strong communication skills for presenting risk insights to senior stakeholders
• Experience with global risk monitoring (e.g., weather, geopolitical, logistics, supplier events)
• Occasional travel within the Czech Republic and abroad
