Description

Coordinate institute-wide Open Science and research data management activities, providing methodological support to researchers. Help create and implement a data management strategy, support ongoing updates of Data Management Plans (DMPs), and drive adoption of FAIR principles with high-quality metadata. Contribute to grant applications, advise on repositories and services, prepare a pilot FAIR dataset, and develop training and methodological materials.

Requirements

• Completed university degree
• Education in natural sciences or informatics (informatics is an advantage)
• Analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to structure problems and translate general principles into practical processes
• Very good communication skills; ability to work with researchers, IT, administration, and institute leadership
• Ability to organize work independently and coordinate multiple tasks in parallel
• Good general digital competencies; ability to navigate new tools and information systems
• Excellent Czech language knowledge (required)
• Active English knowledge (spoken and written)
