Description

The Logistics Digitalization Specialist supports digitalization and automation of logistics processes to improve efficiency. The role includes evaluating new data, automation, and AI technologies, building solutions for reporting, analytics, and data visualization to support decision-making, and serving as a key user of IT systems and data/reporting tools. You will also contribute to projects focused on data management, process improvement, and logistics optimization.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, engineering, data analytics, business informatics, logistics, or a related field
• Experience with digitalization, data analytics, automation, or process improvement (ideally in logistics)
• Good understanding of data management, reporting, and digital technologies
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools: Excel, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
• Knowledge of logistics/supply chain or business processes, including their integration with IT systems
• Good English; at least basic German
• Interest in AI and its practical use in business processes
• Analytical thinking with a proactive, systematic problem-solving approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany (especially for onboarding)
