Description

You will combine data analytics in SAP with process improvement and basic IT support to help digitize internal business operations. The role focuses on creating Power BI reports and dashboards, analyzing data from SAP and Excel, and using Power Apps/Power Automate tools to automate and simplify processes. You will also coordinate IT requests and maintain company IT equipment records.

Responsibilities

• Work with data in SAP, analyze it, and prepare inputs for planning, production, and controlling
• Create and manage clear reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Process and evaluate data from multiple sources (SAP, Excel)
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitize business processes
• Participate in internal projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency
• Use modern tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate
• Provide basic IT support to colleagues for day-to-day technical issues
• Communicate with internal and external IT teams and coordinate more complex requests
• Keep records and manage company IT equipment

Requirements

• Vocational/university education, ideally technical or economic
• Experience with SAP and ability to work with and interpret data
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge and good orientation in MS Office
• Basic Power BI knowledge and desire to further develop in data analytics
• Communicative English
• Analytical thinking, independence, and ability to find practical solutions
• Good communication skills, willingness to help colleagues, teamwork mindset
• Diligence, responsibility, and active approach to work
• Knowledge of Power Apps or Power Automate is an advantage
