Description

You will support day-to-day operations by solving issues related to logistics and delivery requirements, training and onboarding new hires, and monitoring delays. The role includes communicating with customer support, carriers, and other partners, contributing to improvement projects, and stepping in as team lead when necessary. Training experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solve operational problems (e.g., issues with products, supplier/carrier requirements)

• Train and onboard new staff starting for shifts

• Monitor delays and backlogs

• Communicate with customer support, carriers, and external partners

• Work on own projects and help develop processes in your area

• Act as a substitute team lead during sickness, vacation, etc.

Requirements

• Proactive approach to finding solutions and work opportunities

• Clear, patient communication; active listening

• Ability to spot weak points and mistakes

• Interest in developing both hard and soft skills

• Understanding that process changes are part of success

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel

• English proficiency at least B1; Czech proficiency C1

Benefits

• Gross monthly compensation: 40,000 CZK

• Meal allowance: 123 CZK/day paid directly in salary

• Full-time collaboration (also open to ~80% workload; individual arrangement)

• Short–long week shift schedule (short: Wed–Thu; long: Mon–Tue, Fri–Sun) or Mon–Fri split (7:30 and 11:30)

• Option for a 5-day week (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day; individual arrangement)

• 5 weeks paid vacation and 5 sick days starting next year
