Description

You will be part of an agile team shaping Hexagon GeoCloud Fleet, the cloud portal for connected sensors and their digital twins. You will translate customer needs into scalable cloud services and ensure features deliver real value in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the team backlog for a defined GeoCloud area through planning, refinement, acceptance, and release

• Understand and describe use cases and customer workflows for connected sensors, IoT services, and digital twins

• Create and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with product management and development

• Bring customer and field knowledge into cloud service, API, and integration design

• Validate new features and releases across cloud, desktop, mobile applications, and connected instruments

• Create and maintain technical/product documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles

• Evangelize the product via trainings, webinars, and events

• Use requirements engineering and use case modeling methods (e.g., Domain Storytelling, Event Storming, User Story Mapping, BPMN)

• Provide technical support to sales regions worldwide and escalate technical issues

• Turn customer feedback and support cases into product improvements

• Work with product managers, developers, and other product engineers in an agile environment

Requirements

• Background in computer science, information systems, engineering, geomatics, or comparable technical field

• Experience with cloud platforms and/or mobile applications

• 3+ years product engineering or requirements engineering for software and/or service products

• 3+ years as a Product Owner in multicultural development teams within a scaled agile environment

• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences (writing and presentations)

• Strong written and spoken English

• Plus: practical experience using AI in product management and motivation to establish responsible-use guidelines

• Strong technical understanding and interest in cloud technologies, IoT, microservice architectures, and connected devices

• Big-picture thinking with structured, systematic working style

• Customer-oriented and comfortable handling technical questions

• Hands-on, solution-oriented, collaborative approach
