Description

As part of the operations team, you will support release management delivering software to the production environment, monitor production issues, and resolve incidents with root cause analysis. You will also act as Level 2 support for incident handling.

• Monitored, investigated, and resolved issues in the production environment.

• Managed incidents and performed root cause analysis.

• Acted as Level 2 support for incident handling.

Requirements

• Docker

• Kubernetes

• Jenkins

• Github/Bitbucket

• Kafka experience

• SQL understanding

• Authentication and authorization (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)

• Cryptography (OpenSSL, keytool)

• Secure communication (HTTPS)

• Logging (Splunk)

• Metrics, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)

• Microservice architecture

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
