Description

You will be part of the operations team, responsible for supporting release management into the production environment, monitoring and investigating production issues, and handling incidents with root cause analysis. The role also includes Level 2 support for incident handling in a microservice-based setup.

Responsibilities

• Support release management for delivering software to production

• Monitor, investigate, and resolve issues in the production environment

• Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis

• Act as Level 2 support for incident handling

Requirements

• Docker

• Kubernetes

• Jenkins

• GitHub/Bitbucket

• Kafka experience

• SQL understanding

• Authentication and authorization (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)

• Cryptography (OpenSSL, keytool)

• Secure communication (HTTPS)

• Logging (Splunk)

• Metrics, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, InfluxDB, Grafana)

• Microservice architecture

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
