Description

You will build and evolve Workforce Management (WFM) applications that support planning, assigning, and settling work for field teams in the energy sector. The work is done in the Mendix low-code platform, enabling fast delivery of new functionality based on business needs. You’ll collaborate with analysts, testers, and developers across analysis, implementation, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop applications in Mendix (web/mobile)

• Model business logic and design data structures

• Integrate with external services (REST/JSON, SOAP, APIs)

• Collaborate with analysts, testers, and developers

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis → implementation → deployment)

• Ensure code quality and follow design standards
