Description

Join a short-term project to modernize an existing web application by migrating it from legacy technologies to a modern Vue.js 3 solution. You will analyze the current code, rebuild the frontend using the Composition API and TypeScript, and separate the PHP backend from the shared repository while implementing new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess the current web application built with JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap

• Modernize by rewriting the application to Vue.js 3 using Composition API and TypeScript

• Extract and reorganize the PHP backend from the existing shared repository

• Design and implement new features according to project needs

• Work with existing code and gradually adapt the application to modern technology standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development

• Very good knowledge of JavaScript

• Practical experience with Vue.js 3 and the Composition API

• Knowledge of TypeScript

• Experience in analyzing, maintaining, and modernizing applications based on older technologies

• PHP knowledge to work on the backend and separate it from the existing application structure

• Higher technical education
