Description

Develop modern websites and web applications from corporate sites to larger applications. You’ll work with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, build and extend Payload CMS backends, and support PHP legacy systems (including WordPress and TYPO3) while migrating toward the current stack. You’ll also handle ongoing project deployment and contribute ideas for solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern websites and web applications with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Build and extend Payload CMS backends so customers can manage their own content
• Maintain and evolve PHP-based legacy sites (WordPress, TYPO3) and support stepwise migration to the current stack
• Support ongoing projects, including deployments via Coolify on your own servers
• Participate in concepts and contribute ideas for clients and the team

Requirements

• Multi-year practical experience in web development (from study, training, or self-learning)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in computer science, web development, or equivalent qualifications
• Secure handling of JavaScript/TypeScript and React (Next.js is a major advantage)
• Solid PHP skills for working on existing projects
• Git knowledge and experience with NPM, Webpack, Node.js, Tailwind, and web servers
• Independent, organized working style; strong collaboration and focused individual work
• Good German in speaking and writing for direct customer communication
• Creativity, initiative, and motivation to expand skills and learn new things
• Willingness to publish prepared content on websites
