Description

Join a strategic transformation program to build a modern platform for claims and benefits processing. You will develop and integrate an Enterprise-class claims system, design microservice-based integration solutions, and collaborate on architecture, code review, and automated testing. The project also applies AI-supported software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate an Enterprise claims system
• Analyze and implement business and technical requirements
• Design microservice-based integration solutions
• Work with an international system provider
• Participate in architecture design and code review
• Develop and extend automated test suites
• Implement modern AI-enabled practices that support the development process

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud
• Experience with React (around 10% of work)
• Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka and SQL
• Experience designing and developing distributed systems
• Knowledge of Hibernate, containerization, and service resilience patterns
• Experience with unit and integration testing (JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Testcontainers, WireMock)
• Knowledge of BPMN and process engines
• Practical React knowledge
• Experience using AI tools that support software development
• English level at least B2
• Experience in the insurance industry
