Description

Develop a telecommunications BSS system and a modern client portal with substantial business logic and real product impact. Work in a decision-making Scrum team across the full lifecycle—translating business requirements into clean architecture, backend services, REST APIs, and frontend features. Optimize database performance and deliver changes through code review, testing, documentation, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend features in Java/Spring Boot and frontend features in Angular.
• Develop and maintain REST API, microservices, and synchronous/asynchronous integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to an appropriate architecture (not just iterative conditionals).
• Optimize SQL, PL/SQL, and database processes in Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Perform code reviews, testing, technical documentation, and deliver features in Scrum with CI/CD.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience with Java and very good knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Practical experience with Angular, TypeScript, REST API, and microservices architecture.
• Very good SQL knowledge plus experience with Oracle Database and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of billing, rating, invoicing, settlements, and subscription products.
• Independence in analyzing requirements and designing solutions; experience with Git, Docker, and Scrum.
