Description

Support an ERP migration from a business process and Process Excellence perspective. Design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end P2P and O2C processes, including Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition approval flows, while enabling integration across SAP areas and supporting testing and change management.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP migration from a process and Process Excellence perspective

• Design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end P2P and O2C processes

• Improve PO and PR approval flows

• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligned to business needs and SAP standards

• Support process integration across SAP areas and systems

• Translate business requirements into functional/process solutions

• Support testing, validation, and implementation of new or migrated processes

• Prepare process documentation and support change management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP experts, and international teams

• Independently drive assigned topics through to implementation

Requirements

• Hands-on SAP business process experience

• Strong practical knowledge of P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash)

• PO/PR process and approval workflow knowledge

• Experience with process design/optimization/harmonization or Process Excellence

• Prior involvement in ERP/SAP implementation, transformation, or migration

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical functional solutions

• Understanding of cross-functional SAP processes and integration

• Independent, proactive, hands-on working style

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English; German is a plus
