Description

Provide expert guidance and support for SAP and integrated non-SAP solutions, focusing on design, development, and delivery of application changes in a global environment. Drive SAP MM and related O2C/P2P enhancements, create formal design documentation, and ensure the connection between business process and application functionality is clearly communicated. Support integration, migrations, debugging, and formal handover of newly developed solutions to the support organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications expertise and knowledge for SAP and integration to non-SAP systems

• Assist in planning and managing delivery of application changes in a Kanban environment

• Ensure O2C/P2P enhancements follow client Principles, Patterns, and Standards

• Produce design documents and solution specifications for new solutions

• Ensure business process and application functionality are understood and communicated during change activity

• Establish strong working relationships with external partners and consultants to maximize business benefits

• Support the Applications Support Manager to meet agreed service levels, including formal handover to the Support Organization

• Remain abreast of external developments in your applications area to leverage future opportunities

• Support development of strategies, standards, policies, and procedures within the specialist area

Requirements

• 3 years of SAP O2C or P2P experience as a consultant

• Deep understanding of ERP and proven experience delivering successful SAP technical/functional changes for global companies

• Qualifications in SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP O2C/P2P

• Three full cycle SAP projects (involvement from design through to deployment)

• Experience with brownfield migration, system conversion, and new implementation/roll-out

• Skills in SAP Integration (IDOC, EDI) and master data migration (LSMW, Migration Cockpit)

• Proficiency in ABAP debugging and Material Ledger (ML)

• Competency in Fiori UX, Fiori Apps, SAP AIN, SAP PDMS, and SAP Asset Manager

• Ability to translate business requirements and align them with packaged solutions

• Strong interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation, and influencing

• Excellent written and verbal English skills (B2+)
