Description

Senior SAP MM Consultant providing expert guidance and support for SAP and integrated non-SAP solutions, focused on designing, developing, and delivering application changes in a global environment. The role requires strong SAP MM and related functional expertise, plus the ability to drive successful implementations and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications expertise for SAP and integrations to non-SAP systems
• Plan and manage application change delivery in a Kanban environment
• Ensure O2C/P2P enhancements follow client Principles, Patterns, and Standards
• Produce formal design materials (design documents and specifications)
• Communicate the link between business processes and application functionality during change activities
• Work effectively with external partners and consultants to maximize business benefits
• Support the Applications Support Manager to meet service levels, including formal hand-over of newly developed solutions to the Support Organization
• Stay current on external developments to leverage future opportunities
• Contribute to strategies, standards, policies, and procedures in the specialist area

Requirements

• 3 years of SAP O2C or P2P experience as a consultant
• Deep understanding of ERP and proven experience delivering successful SAP technical-functional changes for global companies
• SAP MM qualifications including SAP SD and SAP O2C/P2P
• Demonstrated involvement in three full-cycle SAP projects (design through deployment)
• Background in Brownfield migration, system conversion, and new implementation or roll-out
• Skills in SAP Integration (IDoc, EDI) and master data migration (LSMW, Migration Cockpit)
• Debugging proficiency (ABAP) and Material Ledger (ML) knowledge
• Competency in Fiori UX, Fiori Apps, SAP AIN, SAP PDMS, and SAP Asset Manager
• Ability to translate business requirements and align them with packaged solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, influencing)
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2+)
