Description

You will provide expert guidance and support for SAP and integrated non-SAP solutions, designing and delivering application changes in a global environment. The role emphasizes SAP MM expertise, enhancements in O2C/P2P processes, and clear communication of the relationship between business processes and application functionality. You will also create formal design materials and ensure proper handover of new solutions to the support organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide application expertise for SAP and integration to non-SAP systems

• Plan and manage delivery of application changes in a Kanban environment

• Ensure O2C/P2P enhancements follow client principles, patterns, and standards

• Produce design documents and specifications for new solutions

• Communicate how business processes map to application functionality during change activities

• Collaborate with external partners and consultants to maximize business benefits

• Support the Applications Support Manager and perform formal handover of newly developed solutions

• Stay current with external developments to enable future improvements

• Contribute to specialist area strategies, standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP O2C or P2P experience as a consultant

• Deep understanding of ERP and proven delivery experience for global SAP changes

• Qualifications in SAP MM with knowledge of SAP SD and SAP O2C/P2P

• Portfolio of three full-cycle SAP projects (design through deployment)

• Experience with brownfield migration, system conversion, and/or new implementation/rollout

• SAP Integration experience (IDoc, EDI)

• Master data migration experience (LSMW, Migration Cockpit)

• ABAP debugging and Material Ledger (ML) proficiency

• Competency in Fiori UX, Fiori Apps, SAP AIN, SAP PDMS, and SAP Asset Manager

• Ability to translate business requirements and align them with packaged solutions

• Strong interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation, and influencing

• Excellent written and verbal English (B2+)
