Description

Lead the design and implementation of SAP Retail Master Data Management solutions across complex, multi-country environments. Act as the subject matter expert for Retail Master Data, driving scalable solution designs, robust governance, and high-quality data standards. Support end-to-end retail processes, integration, testing, and rollout activities through cutover and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Retail Master Data Management solutions, including rollout support across countries
• Provide functional leadership for Retail Master Data and guide project teams and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Retail designs and drive necessary customizing/configuration
• Define and implement master data governance models, data quality standards, and operating procedures
• Support retail processes across merchandising, procurement, inventory management, supply chain, and store operations
• Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, data migration, and reporting requirements
• Facilitate workshops, support testing cycles, manage defect resolution, and contribute to cutover and go-live

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering SAP Retail transformation, implementation, and rollout projects focused on Retail Master Data Management
• Deep SAP Retail functional and customizing expertise, including Article Master & Hierarchies, Merchandise Categories, Assortment Management & Listing Procedures, Site Master Data, Business Partner Master Data, and Purchasing Data
• Strong understanding of retail business processes across merchandising, procurement, inventory management, supply chain, and store operations
• Experience in global, multi-country retail environments with cross-cultural stakeholder management
• Solid knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP CAR
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills
• Relevant qualification or degree and demonstrable project experience
