Description

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting and analytics solutions. Build data layers in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines) and implement business logic using DAX, Power Query, and SQL. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-modeled reporting architecture and automation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

• Create and evolve Fabric data layers (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines)

• Model data and implement business logic with DAX, Power Query, and SQL

• Integrate and transform data using ETL, APIs, and Microsoft Fabric

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions

• Co-create reporting architecture and apply best practices for data modeling, versioning, and deployment automation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and teams responsible for reporting and IT strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or reporting

• Very good Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, semantic models, RLS, Power BI Service)

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines, ETL)

• Very good SQL knowledge

• Git knowledge and basic DevOps practices

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and management

• Ability to design efficient and scalable reporting solutions

Nice to have

• Experience creating reports and analyses for management

• Knowledge of Python, R, and Linux/Unix

• Experience with AI tools supporting analytics development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
